Mitutoyo linear scale pinout

I have a couple of AT115 linear scales but am finding it difficult to
determine the pinouts from the literature I can get off of the Mitutoyo
sites and docs. Anyone else have a source ? The connectors are DB15, with
connections from pin 1-8 and Pin 15.
