Sorry if I sound like a negative Nancy.

You are still left with a super slow gantry system and that's assuming
you can do it which I doubt. Love to be disproved of course.

The technology to look at might be the optics used to couple IR diode
bars into fibres. Or perhaps you have a lens per LED and point them
all at the same spot. But since the LED source is larger than the
spot you want you won't get much light from each source.

Really before you even consider it you need to know more about the
power densities required for curing resin and then you can do some
calcs given the specs of the LEDS.

No one seems interested in printing on to starch which suprized me,
seems the most simple for RP.
