vinyl plastisol is cheap and only takes heat to cure.
might be a fun way to spend an hour playing...
dunno about polymer coated sand- one expects it should
not be fabulously pricey to experiment with sintering.
i haven't studied on it, but one can probably figure a
way to coat sand suitably at home...
neither of these materials requires uv, either.
i don't lack motivation, just limbs and clones...lol
