Windows Question

I have a computer that I implemented the "Optomisation File" (

(http://www.machsupport.com/optimisation%20XP.txt) ) on for use with Mach.

Now my needs have changed, and need that computer restored to the original
Windows configuration.


Would someone please spell out to what I need to do, so I don't have
problems with the license? If I lose any other program, it would not be a not a
problem.
