RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] Windows Question

So long as your hardware has not changed (different video card, CPU,
hard disk or change in RAM), XP will reinstall over itself with zero
issues. If you have changed the hardware, you will be prompted to call
MSFT which is not an issue if you only do it once or twice/year.

This is the one of the ways that they use to catch multiple installs of
one license.
