Brian,

I found a little freeware program called KeyTweak that lets you redefine
any key on a keyboard to be anything else. It only works on XP/NT, but
I used it to reassign the "Enter" key on the numeric pad to become a tab
key when I had to do a lot of data entry, and it worked like a charm.
Might work for you if you defined the "/" numeric key to be a "G".
