You might ask the application engineers at Edmund Optics
www.edmundoptics.com they could probably point you at software.

The field of machine vision is quite broad, I suspect that the software is
tailored to application rather narrowly.

Edmund Optics sell the lenses used for machine measurement. Their brand is
called "MVO TML Telecentric Measuring Lenses". They aren't cheap; a small
one with 10 mm field of view costs $625, a large one with 110 mm field of
view costs $4400, there are lenses intermediate in size and price.
