I did a lot of research on this before I made a choice, and Moglice was the
clear winner from the technical point of view (hardness, slipperiness).
But, it was also the clear loser on the pricing side (it's about $45 for
mere grams of the stuff). I think part of the expense is the use of
Molybdenum as the additive that makes it slippery.
The West Systems solution uses graphite instead of moly, and therefore it's
not quite as slippery (it's still plenty good for a near-zero backlash
bearing, in my tests so far). And, it's a heck of a lot cheaper (~$50 buys
you about a quart of the stuff).
