Yes,

I bought a Roland CAMM-3.
nice unit in many regards. uses a motor similar to a treadmill motor
for the spindle, 1-1/2" solid round hardened Thompson shafts for the Z
axis and similar for the X and Y.

super nice pendant, each axis has it's own rapid and fine feeds.
degital readout for each axis.

even a memory so you can put in some moves manually, then replay them.

Limited at it can only take 6mm tooling, and that stuff is kinda
expensive.

I also bought a mini-mill. That is much better for it's range of
tooling. 1/2" shank and 3/8 shank collets.
