Our EZPlug Dual Gecko Servo with the MTA100 interface can do that.
Fault is logic or'd and output via opto to BOB input. Cards also have
Gecko power-on-reset circuit, Filter caps, reverse polarity protection
and single to differential encoder interfaces with a matching single
ended to Diff pigtail for USDigital encoders. One card supports one
or two G320's/340's.
