Hi,
I basically try to create an inertial platform with 2 gyros at 90 deg.
and a set of accelerometers ( such as those from analog devices,
memsic and so on ). I don't use piezo and other types of cheap gyro
sensors as they have horrible drift and cannot be used in navigation
anyway ( perhaps in robotics or something like this ). The inertial
platform is small ( smth like a sphere with 70 mm radius ).
I dream to some gyro discs that creates no acceleration to the
accelerometers while the platform stays still - therefore I need to
balance those discs. I'm not sure it will reach 30 krpm, but I hope it
will go close.
