Very complicated. Very.
Titanium blanks, primary (basic) machined, cast in soft molten metal
when pre-machined...finish machined... remelted to clean off the other
metal ...
Multiple inspections.

I saw this somewhere ... unbelievable process.
It´s because real big or important turbine blades will cause great havoc
and loss of life. In jet fighters etc.
They are very complex to do. A single damaged blade (*may*) cost 60m$ if
it fails, so ...

The mig fighter blades I saw were about a foot long (per leaf !) and
could spin at near 100k rpm.
D was over 2 ft.
The tension at 1000 degrees c or so and at 100.000 rpm is great ... vbg
