This is fairly easy to accomplish with Vector Cad-Cam.

You can generate a 3D toolpath using the totempole function in
StlWork. The output is a 3D spiral saved as a DXF. Vector will then
turn the toolpath into a rotary axis program. The default output will
be X-Z-A coordinates. Modifying the Vector, generic rotary-axis post
processor is a minor change.
