OK, then why does it not do that on another computer?   Same Mach3.   I think either I did something to muck up the works or possibly something has changed.

All that is telling you is that something in your program is changing to
exact stop mode which may be desirable for some cutting actions. It's
only a warning NOT an error. All that does is warn you that your machine
is going to do something that is a not a default for your config/setup.
