Jack,
It's not a problem, it's a feature.
If you setup Mach3 to run in CV mode by selecting Constant Velocity (G64) in
Config->General Config and your G-code then CHANGES motion mode to Exact
Stop (G61) or vice versa the Abnormal condition light will turn on.

If your code is supposed to do that it's nothing to worry about. The warning
will go away when you or the code switches back to the initial motion mode.
