Hi Gabi,
Yes the Proxxon #20165 has a 43mm neck for mounting, 23mm wide.
The bracket you often see it in, is actually part of a companion mill/drill stand #20000 that Proxxon also makes. Probably cheaper to fabricate a simple mount.
If you provide a 42mm North-South clearance between the centerline of the 43mm gripping hole and the closest part of a bracket that you make up, the 20165 will sit clear of the hardware.

Thank you for pointing me to another Proxxon unit (German quality). That spindle came with a 43 neck, right?

It looks like a plate with neck included

Do you have dimension for the back hole's for that plate ?

Any chance to find a draw with dimension's for entire neck?
