Spindle alternative from noise view

Hi to all,

I have a Taig CNC mill with a Proxxon IB/E unit for spindle. I am very happy with that from accuracy and NOISE level point of view.
Now I want to buy a bigger mill with a bigger spindle. My need's for spindle are:
- variable speed (like Proxxon);
- 1-12mm dia tool capacity
- alum, brass and wood material for milling
- most important - LOW NOISE LEVEL
Noise level must be low because I will run my mill in my flat.
What choice do I have?
