Hi all:
Does anybody know somebody still living that would still have records of past machine controls from 1975?
I have looked on Google and contacted some but can't find anyone local in Michigan to check this board out. I am trying
not to ship the 35 year old circuit board 2/3 the length of the USA twice just to find out how to trim the two jumper wires
on the board to set it for 220 volt 3 phase. I have located the original importer and talked to a service man who saw the
last two or three of the Model 100 NC Cadillac lathes when he first started to work at the company but he started his
work on the model 1000 which is a CNC with all the controls (both the machine and spindle motor) build by Fanuc.
Does anyone have any experience (good or Bad) with the following companies that say they do work on Randtronics?
I have not contacted these companies yet.
Phoenix Systems - Greensboro, NC
Industrial Electronic Repair - Rural Hall, NC
Any other Companies you have experience with?
CADILLAC NC-100 LATHE
With General Numeric System 5T-2 Microprocessor
Made in Taiwan by Yam Model #2233 Mfg # 867354
Motor Control by Randtronics Inc 1975 Assy #3432-240-512 SN - 665EA
WARNING NOTE ON TAPE READER
Jumper R17 & R22 on motor drive
See Dwg #3432 MUST CHANGE FOR 220V ! ! !
GOD'S BLESSINGS
