Hi William

You should be able to find someone locally with a multi-meter to trace out
the inputs to the transformer and figure out the jumpers.

Generally, there are two isolated 110 volt input (primary) windings on your
power transformer. You connect them in parallel for 110 operation and move
the jumpers to connect them in series for 220.

Is this just a control circuit board or do these jumpers feed power to the
motors. Are they large or small?

If this is just the power to a control board, you could also use a
220-to-110 step-down transformer.

If you could take a close-up photo of the jumper section of the board, we
would have a lot more information.
