RE: [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] GECKO resistors

Subsequent to the CNCzone article you referenced Mariss has added a filter
on the sense lines of all G540's made after Sept 2011.

That was so you could install the resistor at the motors and thus you could
move the motor from cable or axis to any other without having to change
anything.
