Doug,
I may stay with the ones that I have. I wish they had larger set screws.
They seem to work fine. The only problem that I had was with vibrations
causing the set screws to come loose. I put them back with some blue
loc-tite. As you may know, I am creating a set of plans for my cnc router.
I want it to have the best components that I can find.
I have started on my next machine, this one will have a process area of 3'
by 2'. I bought the aluminum from an extruder and saved about 30%.
