Possibly not a lot of use as all this info is UK based but most of
these invertors are Japanese in origin.
I am an agent for two makes of invertor [ no sales patter here ] both
are Japanese. The lower cheaper ranges are OK but for the best
features go up one step to the Vector ranges.
These all have the greater function ranges that you need like the 1-
10v for the speed control.
As someone has posted the larger ones will take in single phase but
are derated.
On thing to watch on pricing is that some like the Mitubushi range
have the controller panel as an option extra.
From what we have in the UK Yaskawa <sp> seems to lead on features
and pricing. Obviously other countries probably differ
