I had a chance to speak with a fellow who says:

"we do have a mistsabishi drive 3 phase that would do the trick if you had a
phase converter to get the 3 phase needed to run the drive it is rated at
10 hp. we have 2 of these units they dont have controllers on them but the
controllers are avilable for $65.00 from any drive dealer these units are
used and i could let you have one for $200.00 plus shipping would be
$222.50"

My question is, could this unit be connected to single phase mains and drive my 5 horse mill? And or,,, are there specific questions that I should ask this fellow in order to make a judgment.
