Thanks for the reply, Ballendo. I do plan to make Moglice leadscrew nuts,
so hopefully the backlash will be minimal. The rotor inertia of the big
motor is 350 g-cm^2 vs. 250 g-cm^2 for the Sherline motor. The holding
torque is 210 vs 134 oz-in, so it is not an order of magnitude difference
after all. It probably won't hurt to go with it (and it will save buying
one motor...)
