Oh yes, I use WS_FTP and it will resume a single-file transfer. But since
the connection was broken during a directory tree download, I had to
restart it afresh. It actually was pretty quick about comparing
directories and trying to pick up where it left off. But on several tries
it kept running into "non-existant file" type of error. I think the mirror
I tried must be corrupt...
