I know that it isn't the standard digimatic specification. Thats the
problem, in the moment.

A friend of me has written a software to the data-recording (DOS) with
source code for following Mitutoyo caliper.
Digimatic Caliper, Series 500, 550, 551.
He has also discribed, how to connect to the parallel interface. But it is
only in german.
