There's your problem right there! A machine using Win 95 will not boot from
a boot disk made from DOS 6.22
You might get it to work if you install DOS 6.22 as an upgrade to the Win 95
system first. I'd try that before wiping the drive.
Wiping the drive and installing DOS 6.22 in it's own folder before
installing Win95 might solve your problems too.
