I'd try to answer this but. I'm not sure which computer your working with.

Let's see if I have it correct....you copied all the files you need to run
the mill onto computer "B". This computer is loaded with Win 95.

You made the boot disk from the other computer? What is the other computer
loaded with? If it's loaded with Win 98 or newer, the Win 95 machine WILL
NOT boot from a boot disk made from a Win 98 machine. This IS due to the
FAT 16 restrictions in Win 95.

I've run across this before on my own machines.
