Fred, i do not understand what you get with the vector packages.

If you buy the package below, does it include vector CAD or is this
bought seperatly.

1) US English version of Vector-Cam $450. Includes Mill, Lathe, 4
axis Wire EDM and most 2 axis CNC applications (Router, plasma,
laser, water jet, etc.) Add rotary 4th axis programming for just
$400 ,more! (Available throughout the world, except, Benelux,
Germany, and Switzerland)
