Actually, I now have two methods to make the screw work. However, if your
looking to save a lot of money your out of luck! The first method requires
a special ball screw.

The second requires extra custom built (you could build them) parts, a
hollow shaft ball screw, an extra stepper motor plus special motor mounting
hardware. The first motor can be used for (limited) rapid motion of the
table while the second motor would be used for fine feed positioning. Both
motors used together using the same signals operating in parallel would
provide an even faster table travel, but would provide full table travel.

You probably will....one of these days. But, as I said...I'm trying to get
these Dream Machines put into actual production, so the router table will
have to wait ... unless...
