Forgive me if you already know this:

Many Colombo(Italian) spindles require specific systems to be set up
for cooling. Often this is a significant additional cost. Be sure you
know what sort of cooling provisions are needed when using spindles
such as these. Colombo is a VERY good spindle!

Perske(German)tends to have better support for the lower end spindles
(self-contained cooling) in the U.S.
