LN2 is cheaper than milk, I'm not joking. About $0.50/Litre, in
modest quatities. He, in any form is a LOT more expensive.
Delivering liquid He is an expensive proposition, since it evaporates
so easily, and is real hard to keep cold at 4 K. If you use much
liquid He, you want to have your own reliquifier.
