I heard, once, that liquid N was about $1.00 per liter. I imagine liq. He is
far, far more expensive, as it is very rare and "special", while N is
"everywhere for free". I do NOT know how accurate that price of N is, then
or now!

For "classroom demonstration show-off" liq. N is just fine. No need for He
except for very special welding apps. Liquid Ar is surely cheaper, as Ar
exists in the atmosphere about 1% (He is found only in rare mines and as
"exhaust" when H-bombs explode!). Ar and He are chemically "same", i.e.,
totally inert at ANY temperature.

Duh... They TOLD me to pay attention in school, that even "useless info"
will have a use, one day...
