Re: faster steppers

Tom,

Steppermod is the name of one of the "modules"(set of lines of
computer programming code) used to compile (create) the EMC cnc
control software.
It (emc) can also be compiled(put together) with the Freqmod module
instead, which has different characteristics than steppermod.

So you can think of it as a burger made with ground sirloin, or
ground chuck. Or even tofu :-) They all look and taste like burgers,
but they are different.
