Hi Mike,

I'm not sure how fancy a CNC simulator you need, but you can eval
CutViewer free, and the license price is VERY reasonable! Vector
CAD/CAM also includes one.

I've written simple 2D Gcode "viewers" (DOS), but nothing 3D or fancy as
above. Another thought, "eval" FlashCut, and it will do a simple 2D
simulation.

I've got a new RF-31 mill from HF, too early to tell you much. Didn't
look bad! and I got what I paid for! The Sherline, GREAT!
