Hi Mariano,
My son was cutting across the end grain of a piece of redwood, and at
the end of the cut, it splintered off. I also noticed that he had to
take less then 1/2 the dia of the 2-flue cutter, otherwise it would
likewise splinter. He still had the "with the grain cuts" to make, so
He came out OK. Climb milling along the grain seemed to be fine, as
well as conventional milling. He's happy, and seems to like running the
mill!
