True, it doesn't need it, but it HAS a primitive editor. It was included
first to edit the tool table, but now can edit any file on disk, as well
as the currently selected part program, or the setup file.

It DOES allow the config file to be re-processed, making at least
the axis scaling and servo parameters update. Very nice for servo
tuning.
