Alan,
I thinl the problem in is the file transfer as I can open it in
Vector, Intellicad and Bobcad. I don't have any more programs.
I've posted two more files on the web site. One is a dxf from the
program that drew it

The other file is the original dxf brought into vector and saved as
a .ccd file

Incidently this file is in metric and the OD is around 130mm just for
referance
