Just downloaded and tried the cybermesh program.
I WAS NOT impressed!
As a plug in for Adobe, it didn't work at all.
The stand alone shell program worked but....it would only import .bmp and
.tiff files and would not save a file..just opened it for viewing.

As for the quality of the 3D files generated...those were pretty poor.

You gets what you pay for ...which is nothing for nothing!
