Try this. Right click on TurboCNC. Then click on properties,... under
that click on Program then Advanced. Check mark MSDos mode and use
current configuration. Now start TurboCNC by clicking on it while
running windows. Your computer should restart in dos and run TurboCNC
ok.

Keep me posted and I'll keep trying.
