You either need to hire someone to write you custom software, learn the
geometry to generate NC code in a spreadsheet, or learn to use an existing
software package. The last is the usual route.
Software doesn't get customized to meet the needs of a single user
unless that user pays to have it changed, or it is software the user
can change for himself. One doesn't, after all, call up Emco or
Hardinge or anyone else and say 'build me a lathe that works like
this'.
Fred mentioned a product that I believe will generate code to make
your parts, but the program is a mass-produced tool, not a
made-to-order fixture, so you would have to learn how it goes about
doing the kind of thing you want, and do it their way, not your way.
Your part, yes, but their method of describing it to the computer.
One either learns to think in the mindset of the software or finds
another program that thinks about things differently.
I'm working on the sample ellipse file for you... MS Excel isn't
designed for generating G code, but once one learns the program one
can specify this unusual task in formulas which Excel is capable of
calculating. Someone who new their way around vector or mastercam or
bobcad or whatever could probably get results faster - but they had to
learn to use the program first.
CNC machines are not turn-key. Setup and programming requires a
working knowledge of geometry and familiarity with a CAM package
or skills to write code generation software from scratch.
