If you'll get Quick CAD by Auto Desk ( a 2D drafting program), or Rhino (a
3D drafting program), you'll be able to draw any size/shape ellipse you want
and export them to a file format suitable for generating G-code.

The Rhino program has an added benefit of being able to divide the ellipse
in any number of equal increments.

Autodesk is fairly cheap and Rhino can be gotten at student discount rates.

The machinists handbook has a section on cutting an ellipse by
approximation using a set of arcs.
