Hi Boris!

Well, I double-checked this program on my own machine, and I can
say it probably isn't the software. The suggestions made by the
other folks are good ones. Try this for example and see if it
changes things on your end:

G01 X+1
G04 #1 ;short dwell
G01 X-1

TurboCNC doesn't take very long to process these one axis moves, so
when you have a sudden reverse like this it can "jolt" when it
changes direction.

At .01 mm (4 tenths), I'd say anything's possible. If I understand
your post correctly, you built the entire mill? Impressive.
