PCMIA Card and Socket Services Software

Hi all:

I'm trying to activate a parallel port PC card on my laptop in DOS, to run a
rotary table. The card works fine in "DOS from Windows" but not without
Windows. Since my G-code software freaks out when Windows is involved, I'm
caught between a rock and a hard spot.

Does anyone know of a downloadable "Card and Socket Services" software for
DOS? The only one I know of is discontinued but "available for $60, all
sales final, no tech support, no guarantee that it will work."
