5 axis? The key words here were full 3D and "tangent" not "normal" to
the surface.

Go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO/files/
And look for the files "Dome Setup.doc" and "Dome.nc" and down load
them. These will explain more in depth of what is going on.
