Definitely use Dolphin, you can either scale the drawing (or parts
of) in the CAD side, and the CAM will machine to these sizes, or, you
can use the 'step and repeat' sequence (with a repeat of '0')in the
CAM module to apply a scale factor to the machining.
I personally would use the second option because a CAD drawing should
never be scaled!
