You can do it in either of the modules.

In CAD you select, save as a symbol, insert symbol, scaleing and
rotating it as needed.

In CAM you use the step and repeat feature.

With this command it's possible to machine your original part and a
scale part at the side of it just using the one drawing.
It's even possible to machine a family of parts all scaled up or down
from the original.
This is probably the quickest and fastest way to do this.
