But what it is really is the fact that you are familar with a program.
I have Intellicad on my machine. Hardly ever use it but every time I
do I get frustrated that it doesn't work the way I wont.
It's not the programs fault, it's my fault for not taking the time to
learn it.
The tool libary I never use. I have one but it's that big it's
confusing having to scroll down it. It could do with reorganising but
that would mean having to alter 100's of existing programs or else
I'll use the wrong tool offsets.
What I do use is a piece of paper stuck to the side of the monitor
that lists the first 20 tools. I just look at this enter the tool
size and number I want. Any specials take numbers 15 to 19.
I only use part surfacing or cuttercomp if I need to keep to a dead
size like a bearing housing. The rest of my work is just shapes and
my machine tolerance of about 0.001" is quite suficient.
In the GOround command look at the Approach Runoff tab. This allows
you to use the leadin's and outs without having to draw them. less
clutter. You have a choice of none, normal, arc and parallel .
You can always mix these up if needed to miss other features or
clamps.
