Use cutter comp. It's a good time to test that beta Flashcut software, or else
the new Indexer. Master5 or EMC will also let you do it. It will save you a lot
of time and extra effort, no matter what Cam program you use.

The top line is not part of the toolpath as it is drawn at Z=0 and is not cut.
This function is also used to create 3D Z level roughing cuts of surfaces.
It is not limited to 2 1/2 axis cutting. How can you tell it which side is
inside or outside when it is processing a surface?

For best results post improvements/suggestions on the Vector user forum.
The corner feedrate overrides is done in the NC side, and is set in the
Options-Driver dialog. Some rumors about added capabilities with the
32 bit system and database. ;-)
