Thanks, very useful. I was wondering, if i was to learn
a solid-modelling CAD program such as ProDesktop, does it
cover the main things that one would normally have in a
conventional 2D/3D CAD program such as turbocad, designcad3D
etc? (i was wondering if i learn prodesktop now, then i
won't have to use anything else?)

I've looked at CAD programs for initially doing some
simple drawings for components to make the 3-axis cnc router
that i've figured out to make from cheap bits (all steel
and bearings too).
